If you are in the tech industry and you find podcasts useful, you owe it to yourself to check out DishyMix.  About once per week, Susan Bratton does a 30-45 minute interview with someone you should hear.  Often these are CEOs, founders, or pundits, but they are always the creative or entrepreneurial engine in whatever environment they inhabit.  In a manner similar to the TED conference these are never sales pitches and go beyond the work to explore the motivations and personalities behind the business.  In a recent interview with journalist Rafe Needleman, they discussed CNet's Webware site which he edits, but went on to explore his quest for authenticity in martinis and his favorite book to offer as a gift (Baron in the Trees).  Other guests include Seth Godin, Steve Wozniak, Marc Canter, Mary Hodder and Sir Ken Robinson.  Check it out.
